More information about the packages
  • All packages are available either on a monthly or annual basis. If you are likely to use Causal Map for more than 5 months in a year, then the annual subscription is a better option.
  • Viewing other files: any user, including free users, can view (but not edit) any file that is public or which has been shared with them by the creator of the file. It is not possible to change the creator of a file.
  • If you have a free subscription, all of your projects will be public.
  • 1:1 support is only available for Teams Subscriptions holders. Other users can use the support available via The Guide and the Tutorial videos. Please report any bugs via the Report a Bug function in the app.
  • If you want to bulk buy single accounts, for example, educational institutions, please get in touch.
  • We also offer a student and Global South discount.
